Brian Thurogood has been a fairly silent observer of science fiction, speculative fiction and fantasy fiction for the past 20 years. For some years previous to that he was an active and vocal fan, most noticeably with his fanzine Noumenon.

noumenon2 is a return to active participation in fandom and, probably, a growing level of commentary.
